2. What we process and why
Contact form and e-mail. If you write to us, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, message) only to reply to your enquiry. Legal basis: your initiative to contact us and our legitimate interest in replying (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Providing the data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without it.
Server logs. The web server automatically records technical data (IP address, time, requested address, browser) for the operation and security of the site (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are managed by the hosting provider and kept for the period it sets.
3. Retention
Enquiries and replies are kept for up to 6 months and then deleted, unless a legal basis for longer retention arises (for example membership or a contract).
4. Recipients
E-mail is handled through Gmail (Google). The site is run by an external hosting provider acting for us. We do not sell your data or use it for direct marketing. Transfers to third countries (Google) rely on GDPR mechanisms such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
5. External content
Maps (Google), videos (YouTube), weather data (Weathercloud) and the camera image (rtsp.me) load only after you click the button in the box. Until then no connection is made and no data is sent. When loading, the provider receives your IP address and may set its own cookies; their privacy policies apply. See also Cookies.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Send your request to the e-mail above. We do not use automated decision-making.
7. Complaint
You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec), Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.
